Our builds target five months. You will get steady updates almost every other day. We keep a tight schedule, and when you have a question, you get an answer. Some builders drag barndos out for a year. That’s not our style.
Every barndo needs a solid pad before concrete. Our excavation is in house, handled by my husband. Pad work is included when we build. If your acreage allows, we can cut a pond and use that dirt for the pad. That saves you money and gives you another feature on your land.
We budget spray foam on every barndo. A typical spec is 1.5 inches of closed-cell foam on the walls and roof. It locks in climate control, adds structure, and quiets the space. No upgrade needed — it’s included.
We offer both bolt-up and weld-up red iron steel kits. You can choose a turnkey build, or we can supply the kit if you want to handle part of the work yourself. Either way, you get the same support on design and materials.
