Building a Traditional Home in East Texas

A stick-built home is the classic choice. Framed with lumber and designed for flexibility, it fits almost any style you want. Ranch, farmhouse, craftsman, or modern — each one starts the same way. We walk your land first. The slope, trees, and utility access guide the design.

The schedule matters. Our builds target five months. You will get steady updates almost every other day. When you have a question, you get an answer. We run a tight job site so trades flow without delays.

Excavation and Pad Work

Every home needs a solid pad. Our excavation team handles this in-house. That means one schedule, one budget, and no waiting on outside contractors. When we build your home, pad work is included. On larger acreage, we can cut a pond to source pad dirt and save you money.

Insulation from the Start

Comfort and efficiency come standard. We budget spray foam insulation on every home. A typical install is 1.5 inches of closed-cell foam on walls and roof. That locks in your heating and cooling and keeps the home quiet.

Design That Fits Your Land

Your property sets the tone for the house. Open pasture, wooded acreage, or a mix of both — the layout shifts with the land. We customize plans to match your style and the site. That means better window views, natural light, and smart driveway placement.

One Team on Every Build

The same subcontractors have worked with us since we started in 2019. They know the schedule and the quality we expect. This consistency is how we deliver homes on time without cutting corners.
